iTK9 has given Maggie Mae and ourselves life changing training. Maggie completed the 3 week Reset Program at 6 months of age and we could not be more excited to say how it has changed our daily lives. Her leash walking, down stay, place and attention to us is so much improved. Our own time with Dan and team has done wonders for our 'training' abilities. We feel so much more connected and in love with our Maggie. What also makes us so pleased and relieved to say is we will never feel guilty (again) going on a trip and sending Maggie back to iTK9 for boarding or even more training because of the amazing team and the love they have shown Maggie. We just picked up our family dog Cooper this afternoon, from a 5 week board and train! We cannot thank enough Ivy and Dan who deal with highly reactive and aggressive dog for helping Cooper! They were extremely knowledgeable and understanding with all of questions! They reassured us that the training that Cooper received was good and that he would test us as soon as we got home, which was right on. They were very pleasant and easygoing! We are excited to see his progress with him home. Highly recommend!

All the staff were personable and professional. They answered every question I had and provided me with reassurance that my dog was going to be cared for while away from me. My dog's behaviour after the training was much improved - better listening and less aggressive. The staff were very helpful in ensuring I understood how to continue the training at home, and really did follow-up. My dog and I are even happier post-training!!

We would like to thank the ITK9 team and especially Ivy and Hailey. They respond back quickly and always have good advice. It has been two months since he has been home. We noticed a very positive change in Cody's behavior. He hasn't jumped up on the counters and is not barking at the neighbours when in the backyard. We really enjoy the follow up lessons and know that it helps him as much as it helps Tamara and I. We also appreciate how good Ivy is with Cody. He is always happy to see her. I just brought my 2 year old corgi home from the 3 week great reset program and WOW! I cannot thank iTK9 enough for helping me and my pup have a new calm communication style. He now listens when I speak to him, he is able to follow all commands with minor blips in just 1 day of being at home, he calms himself down and walks without pulling my arm out of its socket! After experiencing aggression issues I was feeling hopeless, but I feel like we have truly set a reset button and now I have the knowledge, tools and support from iTk9 to continue on this positive path. Special thanks to Ivy as well for her patience and communication with me and my boy!!
